Dispatcher Wanted – Dry Van & Reefer Freight
Midwest & East Coast Lanes | English Required | Polish/Ukrainian a Plus
We’re expanding our logistics team and looking for an experienced Dispatcher to handle dry van and reefer loads across the Midwest and East Coast.
Job Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate loads for dry van and reefer trucks
Book freight and negotiate with brokers
Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery
Communicate effectively with drivers and clients
Plan efficient routes and resolve load-related issues
Requirements:
1+ years of dispatching experience (dry van/reefer preferred)
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Polish or Ukrainian language skills are a big plus
Knowledge of U.S. freight lanes, especially Midwest & East Coast
Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
